Our PCP methodology Project Management Training workshops go far beyond Prince 2 and Agile, to explain total project control, and the practical tips and tricks used to deliver projects on-time and on-budget, during a 1 day crash course or split over 2 days to fit into your current work schedule. We also run workshops on Saturdays and provide a discount of 25% for refesher training and NUS student card holders in full-time study (including holidays).
The PCP Project Management Training course takes 1 or 2 days. The 1 day crash course is only £295 + VAT (students £221 + VAT) per person and the 2 day training course is only £390 + VAT (students £290 + VAT) per person. Those completing either course are given a Practitioner of People Centred Projects Methodology certificate, which is posted to you within 7 days of completion. We also provide a hard copy and DVD of the presentation (which also includes some sample files) with a single user licence. Reseller and trainer-user licences are also available, so please ask using our Contact Form here.
For those completing either Project Management Training course or buying our Project Management Training DVD, we also provide a free for a month login account to our PCPDocs Project Management Software, to help project managers deliver documents quickly and easily, exposing PCP's project event telemetry to allow total project control. Please not, you don't need PCPDocs software to apply and use PCP project management principles, but this invaluable help saves a lot of documentation time for busy project managers.
Project Management Training class sizes vary from 5 to 20 project managers and are designed to suit all experience levels from novice to advanced. The workshops use a combination of lecture from us and several question and answer sessions throughout.

If your offices are EU based, we can visit you if you have 8 or more trainees. If your offices are outside the EU, we can visit you if you have 12 or more trainees.
Our courses are held from 9am to 4pm, with a lunch break from 12noon to 1pm, Monday to Saturday. Alternatively you can visit us, our offices are UK based in Milton Keynes, London, Leeds, Bristol and Edinburgh. We provide modern and confortable office surroundings, and if you're coming to us, refreshments and sandwiches are included in the price. All our offices are city centre located. In Milton Keynes, we're located about 5 minutes walk from Milton Keynes Central railway station, with public pay-and-display parking all around our offices if you're driving. For overnight stays, we have a Travel Lodge located next to our offices. For distant travellers, international airports Luton, Stanstead, Heathrow and East Midlands are all about an hour drive away.
